Isochronic Tones


Isochronic Tones are created by the pulse of a tone. This is the most effective form of brainwave entrainment in theta, alpha, and beta wave. With isochronic tones (and monaural beats), headphones are not required. Isochronic tones are very similar to monaural beats. Monaural beats sounds a little bit smoother, especially at higher speeds, (such as gamma wave,) however they are not quit as powerful as isochronic tones overall. The disadvantages with isochronic tones is that they are not very effective for delta wave and they can sound a little harsh in higher speeds such as gamma wave. They are often used as pure tones or mixed with ambient soundscapes . The most desired isochronic tone range is between about 150 Hz -180 Hz. The most effective pulse range is between about 4 Hz  - 40 Hz. 

Isochronic Tones will place you in an instant, deep meditation faster than any other type of  brainwave entrainment within the ranges of theta, alpha and beta wave.  There are so many great benefits to daily meditation. You should feel the effect the first time you listen, it's extremely powerful and most people instantly feel it working.  We recommend trying different albums  within a rotation that include some delta, theta, and alpha wave primarily. Within these zones, you will receive the most benefits (although beta and gamma wave also have great benefits as well. )

During each session, it is best to sit in a proper meditation position. A regular sitting position, or lying down is also fine as well.  A meditation chair with help place your body in the perfect position of traditional meditation, it helps to keep the spine straight while taking pressure off the legs. Listen at a low comfortable volume about 15-60 min per day, or as desired. Two 15 - 20 min sessions daily, is ideal for most people. Like with most things in life, moderation is key for perfect balance.  Just relax and let your mind wander. Your breathing  will naturally slow. Never listen while driving, brainwave entrainment can cause drowsiness and deep states of consciousness. We always use completely safe tones within the same range as music.
